Terms & Conditions

By accessing our services or attending our hospital, you agree to comply with the following terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly.

Appointments & Consultations

All consultations, assessments, and treatments must be booked in advance. We aim to accommodate your preferred appointment time where possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment & fees

Full payment for self-funded treatments is required prior to your procedure or on the day of service, unless a finance plan or insurance arrangement has been confirmed. We reserve the right to withhold treatment until payment has been received. Any additional tests, procedures, or follow-ups not included in the original quote may incur additional charges.

Finance & Insurance

If you are using private health insurance or a finance plan, it is your responsibility to ensure your treatment is authorised and covered in full. We can assist with documentation and provide itemised invoices upon request. Any costs not covered by your insurer or finance provider must be settled by you directly.

Medical Information & Confidentiality

All personal and medical information shared with us is treated with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law or in case of medical necessity.

Clinical Care & Outcomes

Our clinicians aim to deliver the highest standard of care. However, no medical treatment can be guaranteed to have a specific result. All risks, potential outcomes, and alternatives will be discussed with you before treatment. It is your responsibility to follow all pre- and post-treatment advice provided.
