Level-access car parking surrounds the building at a short walk from the main entrance. We have disabled parking spaces right by the entrance, and 4 electric vehicle charging points.
Once inside the atrium you will be greeted for check-in by a member of our friendly front of house team. In the entrance lobby, you will find individual unisex and easy-access washrooms with baby changing facilities. The reception desk has a hearing loop and is wheelchair accessible.
Our main waiting room is on the first floor. This is reached by the lift or the main staircase, each decorated with beautiful backlit wallflowers to brighten your day. The waiting room has comfortable seating, complementary WiFi and our housekeeping team will be on hand to provide complementary light refreshments.
The consultation rooms are also on the first floor, close by the waiting room. These are comfortably appointed spaces where you will meet the surgeon who will eventually perform your procedure.
Our in-patient ward is situated on the ground floor. It comprises 8 overnight rooms, each with private en-suite facilities. Your room will be cleaned every day during your stay, and deep-cleaned before your arrival.
Each overnight room is equipped with WiFi, a nurse call system, a wall mounted television, and adjustable bedside lighting for your comfort. The bed is electric with adjustable controls. There is a lockable bed-side cabinet for any valuable items and a wardrobe for clothing. Even so, we recommend that you leave your most valuable possessions at home for peace of mind.
The en-suite bathrooms have walk-in showers and state-of-the-art splash-safe basins, which have been shown to minimise the risk of waterborne infection.
Adjacent to the in-patient ward is the day case suite. This is a 6-bed unit for day case procedures. These are airy, comfortable, and most importantly private. There is ample space for visitors to wait with you until you are ready to be transferred to theatre. A spacious nursing station gives our staff the ability to monitor your recovery in a dignified and safe manner.
The hospital has two operating theatres and recovery units, reached through secure-access controlled doors. The theatres and recovery units are equipped with the most advanced surgical tools and monitoring systems for real-time observation of our patients at their most vulnerable.
The Hospital is fitted with advanced air filtration units to minimise any risk of airborne infection.
