I have worked in catering and hospitality for many years and bring a wealth of experience and recipes to the hospital. I will be cooking, preparing, and creating all the meals served here, along with my small team of catering assistants.
Away from work, I have a huge compassion for animals and am a volunteer at my local greyhound rescue. I like to watch and support lots of local sports teams in the Bristol area with my son.
