I was delighted to join Northwood hospital in July 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from the NHS, the Civil Service and local government. I have held Executive Director roles across Foundation Trusts, commissioning groups, and an ambulance trust as well as leadership positions in county and unitary councils. I have a professional background in HR and Organisational Development, hold an MA and am a Fellow of the CIPD.
I am passionate about creating the conditions for people to thrive. A place where all staff collaborate to provide the finest patient care. For me, patient safety, the patient experience, good governance, and team working are paramount.
